The second-largest expense during our remodel was wallpapering. These days, most new apartments are painted a light gray. Of course, the silk felt unified, but... what's gray... haha Actually, I was only planning to use the common areas without molding, but since I was already doing it, I decided to use the entire house without molding...🫠 I debated between Diamond and Façade for the wallpaper, but the Diamond was closer to my desired color, not only in terms of texture. Also, since the facade had just been completed around the time I started, there weren't many examples available. Furthermore, it's not easy to find a competent interior designer when you do it yourself. No one knows for sure if someone is truly skilled. I looked up references, communicated my needs, and selected the right fit. This was the second-largest expense after the furniture, and I'm glad I did. First of all, because the moldless ceiling itself eliminates any dividing lines, it creates a sense of unity and makes the ceiling appear higher.
