#2025올해의집 Introducing my home, which was featured in the magazine. ✨ Thankfully, I received a call from Living Sense magazine earlier this year, and it was an honor to have my home featured in their February issue. 🖤 I was curious how they reached out to me, despite my shortcomings. They told me they'd seen my home on Today's House and Instagram, and then contacted me. Today's House has become more than just a place to document my home; it's a valuable opportunity for me to take on a new challenge! My house is 18 years old, and when I moved in, I only had to replace the wallpaper and lighting, which made decorating it quite challenging! After countless home styling attempts, I wanted to break free from the typical K-apartment mold and pursue interior design unlike anything else, and that's how I was able to complete ___hjk_haus (Heejung Kim House). Our home's interior embodies a restrained beauty, blending the relaxed beauty and naturalness of the East with modern practicality. The aged wood floors, etched with the passage of time, even retain the original moldings. The traces of time actually add a warm and comforting feeling to the space.
