While making a desk for my second child this time, I rearranged the room layout once again. Since I anticipate needing to get a proper desk in two years, I decided to make a "temporary desk" for now, keeping the cost within a reasonable budget. I purchased an additional single-compartment unit for the existing Trofast and used an IKEA wardrobe door instead of a tabletop to create a simple desk. Previously, I had arranged the play kitchen and Trofast in an L-shape to create a cozy play area, but my child didn't play with the play kitchen as much as I expected. So, this time, I boldly opened up the layout. Since changing to an open space like this, they keep things much better organized, and playtime lasts longer. The space is changing along with the child's personality 🤍 #CornSoupRecordBook #KidsRoomInterior #TropastDesk #TropastUtilization #IKEAhacking #KidsDesk #SiblingRoomSeparation #HomeWithKids #GirlsFoots #KidsRoomDecor #KidsRoomAccessories
