In those moments when I long for warmth in the cold winter, lights everywhere raise the temperature of the space. Lights create light and shadow between the plants. The contrast between the blue night sky outside and the warm light bulbs. If I place myself in a space filled with my favorite things, and just sit still, I can feel energy rising from somewhere on the floor. A short, yet enriching rest gives me confidence and courage for the path I must take. (I can say it's a million times better than an energy shot.) If you feel unsure or at a loss, how about starting by organizing your surroundings? Starting with objects, then people, and then organizing your environment, something becomes clearer in the silence. Then, all that's left is to move forward without hesitation. Right now, I need to find what I can do best and, with the mindset of not skipping anything and taking it one step at a time, realize the true meaning of slow. _ I didn't plan on doing that, but somehow it ended up becoming #새해다짐.
