I made a bread dip that's been popping up a lot on social media lately! Ingredients: Olive oil, basil, parsley, peperoncino, minced garlic, Grana Padano cheese, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, pepper. I was so curious about this combination, and it was surprisingly delicious! It was so intriguing, yet so enticing, I toasted two slices of bread in olive oil. I toasted them even more after they were all gone☺️ For the dip, I used Roy Monocultiva Extra Virgin Olive Oil. ᐟ This is a premium Italian olive oil made from 100% Tazasca olives, a specialty of the Liguria region in northwestern Italy.
