A year-end home party with my in-laws, prepared with much effort the day before✨🎄 ✔️Octopus Pollo ✔️Eggplant Rollitini ✔️Steamed Red Scallops + Scallops with Pasta in a Broth ✔️Grilled Brie and Cherry Tomatoes ✔️Brata Cheese Snowman Salad The most popular dish was the Eggplant Rollitini. Served with buttered, golden-brown sourdough, it was delicious👍 The Octopus Pollo is made with pre-cooked octopus, but I boiled it for 30 minutes with whole peppercorns and lemon, and it was incredibly tender! And the long-awaited Brie Cheese Snowman Salad. I poured my heart and soul into making the eyes, nose, and mouth. Aren't they cute? ⛄️❣️ Although the kitchen became a battlefield... it was a satisfying home party.
