Cold brunch on a weekend morning 🍄‍🟫🧀 Perhaps it's because of the chilly, cloudy weather, but I'm craving something warm and comforting. I grabbed some leftover mushrooms and onions from making baby food, made some mushroom cheese toast, and had a bite with some warm coffee ☕️ A simple cold brunch: a tartine country half topped with melted mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, and mushrooms!
