After hearing the detailed opinion, I came back to hear about the surgical and treatment plan. Rooney is slowly regaining his focus, and although he staggers and walks diagonally, he can wag his tail. Judging by the fact that he is getting better except for the aging-related issues, it is more likely to be a blood clot than a brain tumor, so we decided to take medication and get a new MRI in two weeks. Since the abdominal mass appears to be separate, we need to decide whether or not to have surgery, but I am worried because of his age. Now, I feel a little more at ease, but I keep putting my hand on his nose and checking his stomach and waist to see if he is breathing.
