Even I, a herniated disc sufferer, found it comfortable, providing excellent back and lower back support. The height adjustment range is wide, allowing me to sit comfortably from 150cm to 180cm! The seat cushion is wide, so I can even stretch my legs out on the chair. These days, after dropping the baby off at daycare, I spend most of my alone time here.
