This is a review of a product I received through the #오감리뷰 program, personally used, and styled. They say lack of sleep is the root of all evil. That's why I consider my sleeping environment incredibly important. For a good night's sleep, you need to be warm, cozy, and comfortable. Therefore, 100% blackout curtains and soft bedding are essential in the bedroom! A bed (mattress) that provides firm support is also essential. I'm so happy that I was able to upgrade my sleeping environment by replacing my mattress after nearly 10 years through the Five Senses Review program. The 'NUIT' premium Eurotop bed mattress has a 20cm spring, 6cm core foam, and 2cm spread padding, and its moderate 30T thickness provides support that won't collapse even after long sleeps. After receiving and using the product, I was able to experience the mattress's balance without losing its shape, even when applying strong pressure to specific areas. Overall, it feels very balanced and supports my body well. That way, I feel like my sleep will be significantly less interrupted by the person next to me tossing and turning. (I always felt bad for my husband because I toss and turn a lot before I fall asleep.) Sometimes, mattresses are firm only in the center, while the surrounding areas offer significantly less support. The Nyu Mattress provides firm support that doesn't collapse until I wake up in the morning, even when I sleep on the edges. I often sleep in on weekends, and it's so refreshing to wake up without back pain! (I'm one of those people who struggles with back pain.) <Medium Firm / Firm / Medium> Of the three mattress firmness levels, I chose the "Medium" level. The firmness and firmness of the mattress make me think the Nyu Mattress would be a great option for those with herniated discs. My parents are considering buying a new mattress because theirs is starting to wear out, and I highly recommend Nyu Mattress!
