#오홈스토랑 A comforting and filling meal after a year-end gathering 🥑🥗 With the end of the year approaching, we've been having a lot of gatherings and eating a lot of delicious food these days! While my palate is happy, my stomach often feels bloated. So, last night, I made a healthy and fresh meal using ingredients from my fridge. Place a generous amount of lettuce on a plate, top with freshly cooked grains, avocado, carrot rafe, tuna, and even some healthy natto, and you're done! Add a slice of stir-fried kimchi for a burst of flavor without needing to season too much. Natto can be a hit or miss, but when mixed with fresh vegetables and avocado, it's incredibly savory and smooth.
