#나다운공간 Mini Vlog 13. Happy New Year, everyone! 🤍🖤 🤍If you're looking for your own space, it ultimately leads back to the kitchen. I've been thinking about which space has captured the most of my day this year. After reflecting, I realized that the place I've loved the most is my kitchen. I always start my day here. A bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee, and my nutritional supplements, without fail. These days, I've been drinking healthy Pistachio Original instead of milk. Since then, my skin has become much more comfortable, and my stomach feels surprisingly light. On weekends, because of my husband's work schedule, I spend time alone in the kitchen, folding laundry, and doing small chores. It's just ordinary moments, but standing in the sunlit kitchen I feel strangely at peace. On evenings after working out, I make stir-fried pork for my husband, and we end the day sitting side by side eating dinner. Looking back, the beginning and end of my day always flowed naturally in this small kitchen. I think that's why this place remains my own space.
