Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces. 2. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and bocconcini cheese to a bowl. 3. Add 3 tablespoons avocado oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon allulose, and a dash of salt and pepper. 4. Mix well and serve.
