What Happens When You Drill a Hole Behind a Bookcase🛠️ I easily fixed the wires sticking out next to the speaker in one corner of my living room bookshelf using a circular saw! The speaker is battery-powered and cordless, but it was out of stock at the time of purchase, so I couldn't buy it together. But after using it, I realized it didn't need to be moved and the cable connection was great. I bought the circular saw at IKEA, but it's currently out of stock, so you can find many online. Just attach the circular saw to a drill, drill a hole, and pull the wire out. :) This is a useful tip for when you need to route cables behind furniture, such as chargers or lights! TIP💡 Push the bookshelf forward slightly before drilling to avoid damaging the wallpaper. Also, have someone else hold the back panel for more stability. If you only drill from the front, the vibrations could tear the fragile back panel. ㅠㅠ
