A strong coffee on a weekend morning ☕️ A few years ago, I suggested my husband get his barista certification, and I brought coffee beans for practice and often brewed them at home. One day, I had a coffee with a sweet, roasted-sweet potato aroma. It was so delicious, I asked what it was. The name I was told was "Yirgacheffe." Since then, I've been ordering Yirgacheffe whenever I go to a cafe. Illy Ethiopia is a savory coffee with a roasted-sweet potato aroma. It's delicious on its own, or as a latte with milk.
