I tried my hand at waterless boiled pork after seeing Pyeonstorang at the end of the year. It was moist and tender, made with just the moisture from leeks and onions, without a drop of water. It was simple, but really delicious!! ๐ I thought it would be perfect to make meat noodles with the broth I made.
