I tried making natto egg rice to try natto! My husband likes natto, but I don't 🥹.. This time, I tried it again because they said it would be delicious if you put in an egg like a poached egg, but since both the egg and the natto were mushy, I thought the texture was a bit strange.. Next time, I'm going to try making rice with chunks of rice and frying the egg in oil until it's crispy 🤧
