#나다운공간 【My Home's Prop Zone】 Revealing Every Nook and Corner 𖤐˒˒ I'm a huge fan of props (I write props as #장난감), and many people find this space quite interesting. My friends who visit also enjoy browsing through it like it's a prop shop, so I thought I'd briefly introduce it! For your information, the props in this space were slowly collected over a period of six years. (Not all at once! Uh... is that normal...??˙࿁˙) 　 ➊ #선반가구 Information ㅣ Mastige Deco ㅣ Retro Shelf Cabinet This shelf cabinet has been my favorite since my previous home! I've tried glass cabinets, corner cabinets, and other options, but I find it so satisfying and rewarding to see all my beloved props at once, without them getting obscured. This shelf, the core of my prop zone, has become my go-to. ➋ #사이드장식장 Information ㅣ Masstige Deco ㅣ Luard Side Display Cabinet I bought this display cabinet when I moved into this house because it was perfectly level with the window sill on the veranda. As a true prop enthusiast, it's one of my best purchases. I love how it holds so many high-end, low-profile pieces! ➌ #조명 Information ¹ IKEA, VARMBLIXT Donut Light ² Handmade Wall Lamp ³ 1960s Temde, Type31 Table Lamp ⁴ 1990s Tokyo Tokei, Table Clock Lamp I love vintage lighting, so I've been collecting these lights, along with the IKEA Donut Light I bought at an IKEA Japan store! (*Now available at IKEA Korea.) I love indirect lighting, so I arranged them to evenly brighten the space. ➍ #러그 Information ㅣ Finka ㅣ 60's Vintage Green Carpet Rug I originally used a Litten Brick rug, but I thought a darker floor would be better, so I replaced it with a Finka rug last year. The darker floor definitely allows the accessories to focus more on the space, and the vintage rug pattern blends well with the space. I have absolutely no regrets about buying this rug myself. ➎ What kinds of items do you collect? Wallace and Gromit, Wedgwood vintage line, cat gacha, vintage Kisses toys, Anpanman, Mickey Mouse, Minions, McDonald's merchandise, vintage Peko figures, funny gacha, Super Mario, wind-up toys, and other things that catch my eye...? It seems like I collect everything, but I only collect those that really resonate with me. I have a unique criteria for collecting them: the ones that give me a tingling sensation when I first see them. After collecting for about six years, I think I've definitely developed a favorite collection of items, lol. ➏ Where do you usually shop? ⑴ Vintage shops worldwide ⑵ Gacha shops worldwide ⑶ Online secondhand marketplaces ⑷ Flea markets Whenever I travel abroad, I always make sure to visit vintage shops, prop shops, and weekend flea markets. And if something strikes me as unique, I'll probably buy it, even if it's broken. I remember buying something in France without knowing what it was, only to find out it was a calendar. I don't have the knowledge, but I try to fix broken items with love and determination. (I have a pretty high success rate.) ➐ How do you keep your shelves dusted? This is the question I get asked the most. I either do it every time I see it, or if it's too much trouble, I just dust it off whenever I see it. lol. Since it's a space I frequently touch and browse, I just dust it off whenever I see it. It's not a problem at all.
