Here's a one-pan japchae recipe! 🫶 I never really enjoyed it before because it felt like a hassle, but once I tried it, I've been making it often! 🤍 🍽One-pan japchae recipe: 300g glass noodles, soak for about an hour - 1 onion, 0.5 carrot, 200g spinach, 2 fish cakes, 1/2 each of 2 different colors of bell pepper, 150g mushrooms - 7 parts soy sauce, 3 parts cooking wine, 2 parts oyster sauce or chicken stock, 2 parts sugar or allulose, pepper, 400ml water to make the sauce - Oil a pan and stir-fry 200g beef, onion, and carrot. - Once the meat has changed color, add fish cake and mushrooms and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes more. - Add glass noodles and seasoning sauce and stir-fry until evenly mixed. - Add spinach, cover, and cook for about 3 minutes, until the sauce has reduced.
