So, these days, I often think about how I can eat healthy steamed vegetables without feeling guilty, regularly. The conclusion is always the same: Delicious, easy, and hassle-free. I used sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, and zucchini, and just steamed them for 7 minutes on an induction stove. ✔️ Induction-safe ✔️ Microwave-safe ✔️ Vegetables retain their moisture. 🔖 Dipping Sauce 2T perilla seed powder, 2T perilla oil, 1T soy sauce, 1T agave syrup 1T white balsamic vinegar, 1T water This combination keeps the steamed vegetables interesting, but keeps the flavors of the ingredients intact. I think healthy food doesn't become a habit when you force yourself to eat it, but when you crave it for its deliciousness.
