Panini Sandwich🥪 These days, I'm craving only warm food. Moist and delicious corn cheese ciabatta. Ham, cheese, arugula, and sun-dried tomatoes are added to it. Pressed firmly on the grill pan. A savory, protein-rich exterior, warm interior. This sandwich is in the top 5 of all the sandwiches I've ever made. It's even more delicious when grilled on a dry pan without oil or butter. The sun-dried tomatoes add a kick. ✨ I was going to grill it without sauce, but I made a good choice by simply spreading a little honey whole-grain mustard on each side. 🖤 🔖 Slice the corn cheese ciabatta in half lengthwise. Smear a thin layer of honey on one side and whole-grain mustard on the other. Place two slices of Brie and one slice of mozzarella on each side. Place arugula, ham, and sun-dried tomatoes on top. Cover one side of the cheese-topped bread. Place the bread, cheese, filling, and cheese bread on the grill pan as is. It leaves marks and the cheese melts well.
