This is my favorite space in my house these days. It's this home cafe zone. ☕️ Actually, I created it not because I'm an expert on coffee, but because I wanted to have a "routine" spot in my home. Turning on the machine in the morning, grinding the beans, and experiencing the sounds and smells all at once was surprisingly healing. The overall tone was kept as neutral as possible. With a white countertop, a stainless steel machine, and only black accessories, I eliminated any distracting colors. That way, I wouldn't get tired of looking at it every day, and when taking photos, I only had to worry about lighting and shadows. The paper lights hanging above are also a nice touch. The light isn't harsh, making the space look softer, and the atmosphere really comes alive when brewing coffee. A small light like this can really change the impression of a space. I intentionally avoided organizing things perfectly. I just kept the syrups, dosing cups, and portafilters out, because it's easier to keep them handy. Rather than a "pretty but unused space," I prefer a beautifully usable space. I kept the photos honest, with minimal editing. Instead, I focused solely on light and composition. Ultimately, I think the most important thing, whether it's a space or content, is knowing what mood I like. Having a space like this in your home subtly changes the pace of your life.
