It's not a perfect bedroom yet, but I think I've finally found a place for the larger furniture. With the black bed frame at the center, I wanted to keep the tones as simple as possible, so I'm using black and white for the furniture, and using fabrics that aren't too flashy. Next to the bed, I placed a low dresser, and I leaned a framed wedding photo against it. It blends in better with the space than I expected, so I think I'll keep it that way for the time being. Across from the bed, I placed a slim vanity. Because the space isn't large, a vertically organized design is much better than bulky furniture. There aren't many small items yet, but rather than overindulging in everything, I want to gradually fill it in, creating a bedroom you'll want to look at for a long time.
