I really love salmon, but for some reason, whenever I buy it, I've always felt a subtle fishy smell, and since then, I've been hesitant to buy raw salmon. Norwegian salmon is of stable quality, so I often enjoy it as sashimi. So, neat packaging and freshness are important. I'm absolutely delighted with the salmon I recently purchased! The flesh is fine and bright orange, and the freshness is palpable right out of the packaging! For sashimi salmon, soak it in mirin or cooking sake for about 30 minutes upon delivery, and then pat dry with a paper towel for even more flavor. I really love salmon rolls, but if you don't have time to make them beautifully, slice the salmon, make some chodaeri rice, fry a thick layer of egg omelet, slice it thinly, and thinly slice avocado. Arrange it on a sheet of kimbap seaweed, and dip it in horseradish sauce!
