Surviving a 1.6-pyeong (approximately 4.5-square-foot) Closet This is my first winter since moving into my new home. Summer storage wasn't a problem, but with winter, bulky clothes, long coats, and outerwear, I lost all my space. So, after a lot of searching, I spent a total of 50,000 won on a solution that revitalized my dead space by 200%. I'll introduce three storage items that created some extra space in my 1.6-pyeong (approximately 4.5-square-foot) closet! 1. Door Hanger Storage Unit (19,900 won) I stored my bags in a metal door hanger storage unit that requires no nails and is easy to assemble. There are many different types of door hangers, but I chose one with a bottom bar. Using the S-shaped hooks, I can hang an infinite number of eco-bags and shoulder bags, increasing storage capacity! 2. T-Shaped Standing Hanger (31,900 KRW) I wanted to hang my clothes separately after going out, but the only space left was just two handspans between the door and the closet. I found a sturdy T-shaped standing hanger that could hold outerwear and bags without the door swaying when I opened it. It's so convenient to hang my pajamas and frequently used bags, and the white color blends seamlessly with my existing closet furniture, so I'm very satisfied! 3. Hat Organizer Before, I used to stack my hats haphazardly, but it was too inconvenient to take them out and use them. I found a hat organizer that allows me to organize a large number of hats while keeping them visible and organized. You can hang as many hats as you want on the hanger, and you can simply hang them on the door or attach a hook directly to the door to secure them in place! For a total of 56,400 won, you've successfully created storage space behind your door!
