Hello, this is Bam's Sweet Home :) Today, I'm introducing you to the most prominent piece in my home, and one I'm deeply attached to! It's the "Fun Itchers" modular furniture. As a single person, I currently live in a duplex officetel, a studio apartment that was about 40 square meters in size. When choosing furniture, the most important factors were modern design and an open layout that didn't feel cramped. I listed the most basic pieces, and they came down to a queen-size bed, desk, dining table, and chairs. After buying all the furniture I thought I needed in my first independent home and living there for about four years, I started to wonder, "Do I really need a separate work desk and dining table in such a small space?" I already have plenty of built-in cabinets, but with the addition of bookcases and cabinets with doors, I'm constantly hiding things out of sight rather than organizing them. Why does the space feel so cluttered? Then one day, to break my habit of just hoarding and not even bothering to organize, I decided to share my home furniture through Carrot! With all the space except my bed empty, I decided to fill it up. Instead, I was thinking, "Is there something light enough to feel like I'm not putting furniture in my home?" I needed a work/dining space, but I also needed something compact. After days of pondering, I came across a post on "Today's Home" featuring the "Fun Itchers" product! (Oh my goodness... I'm in love... ♥) This modular system furniture is sturdy and clean, with a metal frame, without having to drill holes in the wall! I loved how the custom, modular design allows me to choose between left and right shelves, desks, bookshelves, and drawers with wheels to suit my individual needs. Here's a photo of the Fun Itchers furniture placed on the left side of the wall on the first floor! ♥ Right section: Desk - Used for occasional work/snacks, as a bookshelf and storage for important documents. ♥ Left section: Shelf - Display of favorite magazines, jewelry boxes, and pretty lighting and decorations. ♥ Just below the desk are two cute ceramic bowls for Bambi, the diminutive canadian dog. By reducing unnecessary furniture in the small space, I now have plenty of space to run around and play with Bambi, the baby canadian dog! And the most satisfying part is that open furniture can be difficult to organize, but seeing it in person makes it easier to organize and appreciate the pretty, relaxing items. I love changing the colors of the items on the shelves and the lighting, just like changing the theme with each season! Fun Itchers is a white-toned frame furniture that goes well with any theme or color combination. If this winter was all about calming white/black/pointed red, I'm already excited to freshen up with some green items for the coming spring.
