Sweet red bean porridge, a wintertime treat, I made it myself for the first time! It was a lot of work, and the kitchen was a mess and a dishwashing nightmare, but the whole process—washing the red beans, boiling them, grinding them, stirring them, making cute, round eggs, and sharing them with neighbors—was fun and healing. 🤎 And what's more, my husband enjoyed it, which makes it even happier!
