Overcoming the Ambiguous Molding of a Built-in Villa! 🙌🏻 I live in a 20-year-old built-in villa. My house features a strong yellow-brown molding (not strictly cherry), and large window frames. 1. Interiors where dark molding is a plus = Vintage/Antique 🤎 I love vintage interiors, so molding wasn't a major drawback when I was looking for a home. 🙂 In the bedroom, I've applied deep green wallpaper and decorated it with walnut-toned wood furniture and yellow accents. ㅎㅎ 2. Color is okay! 🥰 Even when molding is a bit tricky, white wallpaper is a huge help! The living room is white with accessories in my favorite colors.💚💛🤍💕 While it's difficult to achieve a completely cool-toned finish because of the molding, it maintains a warm feel even with most colors. 3. The simplest method...! Covering it up🫣 This closet window shows signs of having been covered in a lot of stuff. The top and bottom of the previous photo were cropped due to the size, but the molding and window frame fill the entire wall.
