But now, looking back, I'm so satisfied that I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't done it! It's the focal point of my bedroom, and it's also practical, allowing just the right amount of light into my powder room without making it too dark. At night, just leaving a single powder room light on creates a nice ambiance, and it's a truly emotional piece! I used 145-size blocks for the no-mesh installation. At first, I considered using glass bricks, but they were five times the price of glass bricks, and they said glass blocks require specialized equipment and would be a bit more difficult to install on my own.
