I used white and ivory tones as the base throughout, and removed unnecessary colors and decorations as much as possible. Instead, I wanted light and empty spaces to fill the atmosphere of the space. During the day, natural light coming through the window softly illuminates the entire living room, and at night, indirect lighting slows down the pace of the day. The living room is a space where I focused most on ‘rest.’ I love spending time sitting on the plush sofa without a care in the world, or reading a book while listening to music. I filled the space with only items that blend well with the overall atmosphere, ensuring that not a single small cushion or accessory stands out. I try to keep the dining area and kitchen as tidy as possible. I hid all electronic devices in the built-in closet haha. Thanks to the sense of stability provided by an organized space, both cooking and dining time have become calmer. I paid attention to the flow of movement and the sense of openness so that the view wouldn't be obstructed no matter where you are in the house. It isn't a perfect home yet, but it is the space that best captures our current lifestyle and taste.
