#구축사용설명서 #주방인테리어 #이케아주방 We're a newlywed couple who moved into a house that was built over 20 years ago, and it's already been over two years! :) The kitchen was the most concerning part of our move into this house! The long, straight-line kitchen had a severe lack of storage space, and the lack of a proper dining table space was a major concern. Then we discovered IKEA kitchens and decided to build one! To maximize the appeal of our long kitchen while also securing storage and dining space, we placed a large island opposite it! One side of the island features drawers, allowing for ample storage even after removing the upper cabinets. Then, on the other side, we designed a storage unit with enough space for a knee-length dining table! Thanks to this, I've been able to secure ample storage space without the need for upper cabinets, and it's also created a sense of openness when looking into the kitchen from the living room! 🤍 I use the main dining table in the living room, which faces the kitchen, but I also use the island for quick meals alone, coffee with my husband, or dessert! :) Building doesn't always have its downsides! Why not try finding the appealing aspects of a building like we did and making them shine even more?
