Let stand for a moment. ⏳ The ready-to-eat steamed vegetables I recommended last time are also perfect for curry. 🥕🥦 I took out the lotus root, carrots, sweet pumpkin, broccoli, and cauliflower. I added mushrooms and tofu. I baked them in the oven. 🔥 Vermicular Oven Pot 14cm 🫕 Place two chicken legs in this small pot. Sizzle them. Then add some green onions. 🌿 I often buy curry from iHerb. Broil them until simmering. 🍲 Place the grilled vegetables on top. For my rice, I melted a slice of cheddar cheese, just like I did in Sapporo. 🧀 I have a Vermicular Mini Oven Pot in front of me. We each have one pot 🍛 They stay warm all the way through, and it's fun to add toppings to your liking.
