
Hello! Today's dinner photo is from my diet. It's high-protein whole wheat bread, salad, plain yogurt, and kiwi. I don't have a salad bowl, so I'm eating it in an oven-safe bowl 😂😂 Kiwi and plain yogurt are really good for constipation!
