I tried it and it definitely helped me realize that my gums were weak and often bled when I brushed my teeth, but the more I used it, the stronger my gums felt. It was great! Plus, my mouth felt refreshed and invigorated! As time goes by, it's a huge plus because it helps maintain good dental health, which is one of the most important things to keep in mind. I recommend keeping it in your bathroom or nearby and frequently massaging your gums before flossing or brushing to maintain good dental health!
