Roasting sweet potatoes on a five-burning stove, a dream(?) I've been wanting to try all winter🍠 As I'm posting this, I'm wondering if it'll actually cook.. But I was surprised that it baked better than I expected. The sweet potatoes are large and thick, so it took quite a while, but they were so delicious... um... Next time, I think I'll lightly cook them and then just grill the outside. Then I think I'll be able to enjoy delicious roasted sweet potatoes quickly.
