#도전집들이 #FTC20기이야기 I'm trying my hand at becoming a housewarming artist 🙋♀️ When we got married last July, we decided to invest in our home more than anything else! We remodeled our entire 103-square-foot (33-pyeong) apartment. We visited about eight interior design companies and compared estimates. We signed a turnkey contract with the one that best matched our style and communicated well. This content can only contain 10 photos, so I've selected a few that were taken immediately after construction. [Living Room] It's about 100 square meters (30-pyeong), but the wide veranda extends, giving the living room a spacious feel. Apartments built in the late 2000s could boast 2-meter wide verandas! My husband insisted that a bigger TV is always better, so we bought an 85-inch non-glare model and created an art wall to match the tone of our home. Actually, there's a secret hidden within this art wall. We made it so the HDMI cable can be routed through a storage compartment to store game consoles and TV parts. It took almost four months just to choose the right sofa. Haha. We ultimately settled on a black leather sofa, and we're absolutely delighted! We like softer things, and if you prefer a low-seat sofa that feels like you're sinking into the floor, I highly recommend the Hey Mac sofa! 👍🏻👍🏻 [Kitchen] Because it was a new construction, the kitchen itself was narrow and long, and there was a load-bearing wall in the middle that couldn't be taken down, which was a huge problem. So, if we couldn't take it down, we decided to just extend it! We added an anvil glass to create a home bar. I gave up on the open kitchen and island and opted for a home bar in the linear kitchen. I'm so happy with the result, as it feels like the perfect flow for our apartment layout. 🥹 The sink features a Swan Camporte sink and waterfall faucet, along with a built-in water purifier. [Study] Last is the study! I was planning on installing a system shelf like Rarow on one wall of the study, but I ended up building it all out of woodwork during the interior design process. The steel shelves are sturdy and can hold up even heavy items! The Munich wall panels also play a big role in setting the mood in this space. The indirect lighting really highlights the texture of the panels. 🤍 I've written a brief housewarming post so far, but as I've written, I've realized there's so much more to say... My desire to write a proper housewarming post is growing stronger. 🤣 I'll be posting more detailed photos of the house and how we've decorated it with accessories while living there! #OnlineHousewarming #구축인테리어
