#리모델링성공기 1. What space did you remodel and how? We live in a 30-year-old apartment, about 100 square feet (30 pyeong), so we had a balcony of an ambiguous size. We debated whether to remove it or keep it. But since the house is so cold, we decided to keep it for insulation. To save money, we hired someone to remodel the tiles and sash panels, and we did all the painting ourselves. 2. What decision did you make that you think was a great one? Keeping the small balcony rather than getting rid of it. Sometimes I use it as a play area for my child, a space for some alone time, and to hide away things that don't fit neatly in my room, so it's 100% usable. ^_^ Even if I move next time, I definitely want to keep the balcony. #Veranda #30평대아파트 #구축아파트 #발코니 #옛날아파트 #리모델링
