#콘수프필름 #콘수프기록집 #콘수프챌린지🩷Mediterranean Olive Salmon Rice Pot: The Healthier You Get Mediterranean-inspired rice pot made with antibiotic-free salmon from the Faroe Islands, Denmark Salty olives and fragrant dill, with a subtle lemon flavor in every spoonful, this rice pot is so delicious. 💛Ingredients (for 3 cups of rice) 3 cups of rice 2 cloves garlic, sliced 1/2 onion, finely cubed 1/2 tablespoon chicken stock 10 pickled olives, sliced 3 pieces of Faroe Islands salmon (approximately 300g) A pinch of salt A pinch of pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 3-4 tablespoons flying fish roe 1 cup finely chopped green onions A slice of lemon A pinch of dill Secret Seasoned Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons brewed soy sauce 1 tablespoon green onions 0.5 tablespoon olive oil 0.5 tablespoon sesame salt 1 tablespoon honey 0.5 tablespoon lemon juice 0.5 tablespoon wasabi 💛Directions 1️⃣ Wash the rice thoroughly, soak it for about 30 minutes, and drain in a colander. 2️⃣ Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pot and sauté the garlic slices and onions in that order until the garlic aroma rises. 3️⃣ Once the onions become translucent, add the pickled olives and sauté briefly to enhance the flavor. 4️⃣ Add the soaked rice and sauté briefly until coated in oil. Add an equal amount of water for every 3 cups of rice and 1/2 tablespoon of chicken stock. 5️⃣ Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. 6️⃣ Lightly season the thawed salmon with salt and pepper. 7️⃣ Spray the pan with olive oil and grill the salmon, skin on, over medium heat until golden brown. (The key is to get crispy skin!) 8️⃣ Once the rice is cooked, garnish the edges of the pot with green onions and flying fish roe, and place the salmon in the center. 9️⃣ Top with lemon slices and fragrant dill. 💛Delicious eating tips • Rice + salmon + a dash of seasoned soy sauce • Add a drop of lemon juice to the salmon and you're in for a treat! ㅠㅠ • Perfect as a wine snack or as a side dish for guests. ‼️Note: Olives contain pits, so be sure to remove the pits before eating.
