#콘수프기록 I saw a hint of mold on my Epicurean cutting board, which was stuck on a wooden stand, so I decided to give it a proper cleaning. I sanded off all traces of mold with 120-grit sandpaper, and smoothed the grain with 400-grit sandpaper. Just rubbing a piece of wood against it, and it clears my mind and feels so good. (If you don't have a piece of wood at home, use a flat lunch box.) Finally, I applied a dab of butter, and the grain of the once-dry wood came back to life. I think I'll sand it down for a bit. 😆 Seeing my tools clean again makes me feel so refreshed.
