Fatigue builds up, my condition easily declines, and I've been feeling more irritable than ever. So, I've been consciously developing a healthy eating routine, especially on weekends, to take care of my body first. It's nothing special. I started by eating plenty of fruit and tea. It hydrates me, makes my stomach feel better, and my body responds more quickly than I expected. These days, instead of just putting fruit on a plate, I've been eating it in a prettier Syracuse plate. It's not a big deal, but just changing the plate makes a huge difference in my mood, right? It looks more delicious, makes me eat more slowly, and makes me feel like I'm taking better care of myself. I also prepared a warm cup of black tea in a Syracuse mug next to me. Sitting down with this arrangement on a weekend afternoon feels like my mind is resting, even if just for a moment. #WeekendRoutine
