I was looking for some "Amy Time" and grabbed some brioche bread, which goes well with French toast, but then I suddenly realized it would also go well with pizza bread!! Just as I was thinking, without hesitation, I made this brioche pizza bread. I wanted it thick, so I layered two layers in the following order: bread, tomato sauce, cheese, bacon, cheese, and baked them in the oven. ✨️ The pizza bread turned out absolutely delicious! ᵎᵎᵎ A texture and flavor you can't get from regular bread! It was even more delicious than I expected, so I wanted to eat it all to myself (lol), but Chuk-bok woke up earlier than expected... So we ended up having some mother-daughter time... As soon as Chuk-bok took a bite, he gave her a thumbs up and exclaimed, "As expected, a cooking genius! Lee Bo-ram!"
