#리모델링성공기 1. How did you remodel which space? I'd heard so many good things about ceiling fans, so I wanted to get one since I moved in. But back then, my budget was a bit tight, so I put it on hold and started living there. As I lived there, I realized the lack of air circulation was a bit lacking, and the two ceiling lights seemed a bit cluttered. So I thought, "Ah... I guess I should do this." So, I decided to remodel midway through, but since I already lived in the house, I was worried about touching the ceiling. Dust, finishes, and... Honestly, I worried a lot. In the end, I removed both existing ceiling lights, repainted the ceiling, and then installed a ceiling fan with a built-in light. It was surprisingly easy, with virtually no dust during the painting and installation process. I was worried that installing the ceiling fan would eliminate the light, but the one I installed had a built-in light, so the light stayed on after installation. In fact, the ceiling looks much cleaner. 2. What decision did you make that you think was a good decision? The best decision I made was to install the ceiling fan first. If I installed the ceiling fan first, when I later painted, the finish could be unclear. But by installing the wallpaper first, the ceiling line fell really cleanly. I'm also satisfied with its functionality. I haven't used it in the summer yet, but just by the feel of the air circulating, I think it'll definitely help in the summer. In the winter, I turn it on slightly in reverse, and I can already feel the difference in heating air circulation. I regretted not doing it early on when I moved in, but now that I've done it, I'm like, "Ah, that's why everyone says to install a ceiling fan." I wish I had done it sooner.
