My Udon Recipe Found After Years I absolutely love udon, and after much trial and error, I finally found a recipe that truly tastes great. I've tried many tsuyu, but this Somi Tsuyu Sweet is the best. Season the Somi Tsuyu to your liking in boiling water. Add about two spoons of Yakushima Onion Dressing. And you're done. I'm a big fan of yubu, so I stock up on frozen yubu. For lean, plump yubu, I prefer Pulmuone. I've tried dried, fresh, and frozen udon noodles, but I've settled on Sanuki udon noodles for my noodle love. It's a bit like rest stop udon noodles, you know? If you like chewy noodles, this is highly recommended.
