My old frying pan and wok were all worn out and burnt, making cooking a bit of a chore. But thanks to my new Silvat, cooking has become a real joy! The fact that they can be used on all heat sources, including induction and gas ranges, is a huge plus. And the wide sides are also great, at 30cm, which is great.
