Maybe it's because of the season, but I've been making so many different dishes. 🍜 (Why do I love eating so much? 🐷) A cutting board is essential for anything in the kitchen. I use Smit's stainless steel folding cutting board. Because it's stainless steel, it's hygienic and rarely scratches, so I use it every day like new. Best of all, it doesn't discolor even when I put kimchi on it, and it cleans up cleanly with just a quick wipe of water. 😌 I put a non-slip pad under the cutting board, so it's stable and doesn't slide around. I usually hang it on the sink, and it looks great no matter what I put on it. I'm really satisfied.
