I wanted bibimbap, so I made this... I was surprised that the radish soup I just slurped down tasted better than the meat! ๐Ÿซข Since it was breakfast, I wanted something light, so I didn't even add garlic or sesame oil, but it was clean, refreshing, and rich. It was the best soup of my life. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐ŸŒผ<Super Easy Radish Soup Recipe>๐ŸŒผ Rice, soy sauce, Himalayan salt, two pieces of kelp, a grain of kohlrabi, a pinch of pepper. 1. Slice the radish, mix with the soy sauce, and place in a pot. 2. Pour in just enough water to cover the radish and bring to a boil. 3. Add the kohlrabi and kelp. 4. Add plenty of water and season with salt. 5. Sprinkle a little pepper. Seasoning was as simple as I could manage. I used a generous amount of soy sauce. The radish melts into a translucent, refreshing broth, creating a deep, refreshing flavor.
