Nothing beats a quick, easy, one-pan meal with easy cleanup! 😌 Today, I made pollack roe risotto with my kids using Hong Shin-ae's recipe book. It's quick and easy to whip up, so I highly recommend it! 💡Ingredients 1 cup rice, 2 tbsp pollack roe, green onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper to taste 💡Directions 1. Drain the soaked rice thoroughly and drain. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the rice, minced garlic, and minced green onion until smooth. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and stir with a spatula until the rice is coated with a shiny coating. 5.
