I'd like to share my remodeling process and tips, showing how a space once filled with the vestiges of time was transformed into my own little garden. . 1. What space did you remodel and how? Space Information: A small, 13-pyeong (approximately 43 square meters) house built on a single floor (estimated) Scope: Full wallpaper, living room floor and sash film, full kitchen remodel (sink and upper and lower cabinets), lighting installation (ceiling fan, recessed lighting installation) [Remodeling Key Points] My biggest concerns were relieving the feeling of being cramped in a small space and reflecting my personal style. Living Room: We boldly removed the existing heavy chandelier and ornate partitions, replacing them with a clean, white, molding-free base. Instead, I installed a white ceiling fan to create both air circulation and a more sensuous atmosphere. Kitchen: I removed the old brown marble countertop and yellowed upper cabinets, replacing them with a matte white and beige palette. This created a much more spacious and clean home cafe space. 2. What decision did you make that you're truly proud of? ✨ My own garden in the living room instead of the veranda What's most satisfying about this space is the numerous plants I've placed by the well-lit windows. Having a cup of coffee here on the weekend means I don't have to go far. ✨ The power of lighting! Recessed and pendant lights instead of main lights I removed the main lights in the living room and kitchen and replaced them with recessed lights and a sentimental pendant lamp (bubble lamp style). Turning these lights on in the evening creates a much softer atmosphere in the house, creating a truly relaxing feeling. ✨ Parking lot transformation I transformed the first-floor parking lot into an indoor camping site by installing camping chairs and a roll table. The use of easy-to-move camping chairs and rugs was a brilliant move. It allows for more space and is incredibly convenient to rearrange the layout to suit your mood. 💡 Remodeling Tips Before construction, think about what makes you happiest in this home. I enjoy caring for plants and camping, so I've emptied and filled the space accordingly.
