It was convenient to have pork shoulder and pork belly delivered from GS Fresh. It's Korean pork, so the price is reasonable, and the freshness is superb👍🏻 I just sprinkled a lot of coarse salt and grilled it, and the savory flavor was amazing. I'd rather cut it down to the real deal than try to make it look pretty! Weekends are all about comfort.
