A simple snack made with glutinous rice hotteok mix! Making hotteok using hotteok mix was easier than I thought, and the taste was amazing! I was so happy! :) I'm planning to buy it again and make it next time because I think it would be delicious topped with ice cream! You can adjust the amount of oil, so it's healthier and lighter than store-bought hotteok.
